THE ESSEX Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) held a question and answer session in Harlow.

Th event was held at Moot House on Wednesday night.

Roger Hirst was joined by his deputy PCC Jane Gardiner and the new chief inspector for Harlow, Matt Cornish.
