HARLOW Council has been praised for its good practice in communicating with residents in their tower blocks in the town.
A news item on The One Show on BBC1 looked at what information should be given to residents and what questions they should be asking.
Presenter Matt Allwight held up a Fire Risk Assessment from Harlow Council that is held in Netteswell Tower and praised the council.
He said: “Harlow Council is a good example. They make theirs public by putting them on-line.
“That is a much easier way to protect people”.
