THE FIRST ever Harlow Town Centre awards were held on Thursday night at the civic offices in the Water Gardens, Harlow

The awards are a partnership between Harlow Council and the Phoenix Resource Centre.

A packed audience saw a number of awards presented to companies who have and are working to enhance the reputation of the shopping area.

A 40-min film of the proceedings was captured by the team at Phoenix Resource.
