Harlow Council

EARLIER this year, it was announced that the two top bosses at Harlow Council were leaving.

Chief Executive, Malcolm Morley, will leave at or before the end of October 2017. The Council’s Chief Operating Officer, Graham Branchett, left in July.

For the past few months, the most senior council officer has been the Local Governance Officer.

Many would have thought that there would be a long list of applicants ready to lead a council in such a rich area of regeneration but, YH understands that the council are really struggling to appoint anyone.

We did ask Harlow Council to provide an update bu that was a week ago and they haven’t got back.
