HARLOW Conservatives have announced that following a selection process by members living in the Toddbrook ward, that popular local campaigner and Steward of Cannons Brook Golf Club Peter Lamb has been picked to represent the party in the forthcoming By-Election.

Peter, who has lived in Harlow for twelve years and has two young children said: “I am delighted to have been chosen to be the Conservative Candidate in the Toddbrook By-Election, and I look forward to meeting as many residents as possible over the coming weeks on the doorstep.”

Talking about the election Peter continued: “Harlow has been let down by Labour, who have shown a lack of leadership of this town, we have seen ridiculous examples recently of grounds maintenance with grass growing through benches and jobs half done. It’s time people sent them a message that this just isn’t good enough.”
