Harlow councillors join forces in call for new hospital in Harlow

HARLOW councillors sent out a clear message as they joined forces in a bid for a new hospital for the town.
The motion was proposed by the council leader, cllr Jon Clempner (Lab).
His motion was backed by deputy leader of the Harlow Conservative group, cllr Joel Charles.
As you may see from our film, politics did raise it’s head as more councillors spoke.
Staple Tye councillor, John Strachan (Lab) abstained. He did not speak at the meeting but has told us he will be issuing a statement shortly.
