SHEPPARDS’S butchers celebrated National Sausage Week with a special display of sausages at the front of the store.

There was a healthy queue of customers

Local councillor Ian Beckett and prospective councillor Eugenie Harvey popped down to support the local business.

Co-owner of Sheppards Michael Wright said: “It is National Sausage Week so we thought we would do a few things to celebrate.

“We are a busy shop but it is always a challenge and so we always appreciate our loyal customers.

“I have been working as a butcher for over 30 years and know that Harlow people really appreciate the personal touch.
