Harlow Council leader pleased that Harlow is mentioned in industrial strategy

Councillor Jon Clempner, Leader of Harlow Council, said: “I am pleased to see Harlow, along with the Harlow Enterprise Zone and Harlow College, mentioned in the Government’s Industrial Strategy and the recognition of the role that community leaders are playing in making the case for Harlow. I think it confirms the importance Harlow has in helping to grow the country’s economy.

With the development of the Enterprise Zone, Public Health England’s proposed relocation, Harlow College improvements and a range of new local facilities popping up around the town it shows that things are happening in Harlow. There are many pieces of the jigsaw coming together to make a great future for Harlow over the next 70 years.

The challenge as ever is to ensure Harlow carries on getting the attention and investment it deserves so we can continue building Harlow’s bright future and create new opportunities for local residents.”

I wonder who the lefties have to thank for 'arlos popularity in Westminster ? You only get one go. Trust the labourites at your peril.

That should make up for cutting the police force, the fire service, the teachers, schools overall budgets, welfare, clubs and organisations, arts funding, slowing down life expectancy, higher rates of homelessness, depression, and deaths, crashing the economy, making Britain an international laughing stock and further depressing the economy.

Take out the deficit and costs that Blair,Brown and the rest of them left behind, and we would be in clover. So, staffie, apply blame where it originates and cheer up, you really are a sad case. Depressed economy ? Tell that to the rest of the world who are investing billions into our country. Homelessness, another Blair and Brown disaster called immigration, depression and deaths ? The two go hand in hand. Can I ask how old you are ?

Blair and Brown didn't free up the regulation for the markets. The deregulation happened long before those two fellas turned up. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-37751599 Homelessness: https://www.crisis.org.uk/ending-homelessness/about-homelessness/ Depression: https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/types-of-mental-health-problems/depression/causes/#.Wh71pkpl_IU Life expectancy: https://www.economist.com/news/britain/21718939-2015-saw-biggest-annual-leap-deaths-50-years-britains-long-falling-death-rate-has

Quite a fanatic for leftist views and opinions, mostly false. It appears that "depression and anxiety", are the new cop out complaints, as are the pseud walking sticks that appear to be breeding everywhere, carried by people who haven't a clue how to use them. Helps to get benefits, no doubt. vote labour at your peril.
