Emergency accommodation provided to rough sleepers in Harlow
HARLOW Council is working with Streets2Homes to provide emergency accommodation for anyone sleeping rough in Harlow during the current severe weather spell.
This will be reviewed on Monday (11 December 2017) and will be extended if severe weather is forecast to continue.

If it turns out that any of these rough sleepers in Harlow are ex service personnel then they should be given first priority to the sociable housing in the town centre, which was approved in Wednesday's development meeting along with those on the Harlow council waiting list.
