JUST to let you know that the good people at the Harlow parkrun will still be running the event over the festive period.

To re-cap, the parkrun is a 5K run/walk etc around the Harlow Town Park. It is two laps and a loop of our beautiful park.

It is also staffed by wonderfully enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers.

If you fancy a run or even two on New Years day, then there isn’t one in Harlow but there are plenty scattered across the region.
