Twelve-year-old boy from Harlow faces imitation firearm charge

A TWELVE-year old boy from Harlow faces court over a number of charges including possesion of an imitation firearm.

The child, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with the following.

On 28/11/2017 at Harlow assaulted another by beating him.

On 29/11/2017 at Harlow assaulted another by beating him.

on 04/11/2017 at Harlow robbed another of spectacles of a value unknown

on 04/11/2017 at Harlow assaulted another by beating him

On 03/05/2018 at Harlow robbed another of Black Carrera Mountain Bike of a value unknown.

On 03/05/2018 at Harlow had in your possession an imitation firearm, namely Small Black Replica Gun, with intent, by means thereof to cause another, to believe that unlawful violence would be used against him or another

On 03/04/2018 at Harlow, having entered as a trespasser a building, namely Shed, stole therein Antlers of a value unknown

On 03/04/2018 at Harlow, unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm upon a person.

On 22/04/2018 at Harlow used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby.

On 15/04/2018 at Harlow without lawful excuse, damaged cell window to the value of unknown belonging to Essex Police intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged

On 12/11/2017 at Harlow used a motor vehicle, namely SILVER EASY RIDER, on a road, or other public place, namely Potter Street, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.

On 12/11/2017 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely SILVER EASY RIDER MOTORBIKE on a road, namely Nicholls Field, otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising you to drive a motor vehicle of that class.

He has been remanded on bail until May 25th at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
Bail conditions include a stipulation that the defendant does not enter Harlow.

The defendant has yet to plead.
