Harlow Council withdraws complaint over Harlow Rugby Club’s unpaid rates

HARLOW District Council has withdrawn its complaint over bail for unpaid rates in respect of Harlow Rugby Club.

The withdrawal was detailed in Chelmsford magistrates court listings.

YH understands that the initial complaint related to matters at the former Rams Gorse site and not the new home at Latton Park.

HARLOW Council has taken Harlow Rugby Club to court over an unpaid bill.

The Chelmsford magistrates court listings reported that Harlow Rugby Union Football Club, Howard Way, Harlow, CM20 3FD was the subject of a complaint by Harlow Council regarding unpaid non-domestic rates and costs.

The case has been adjourned until September 20th at the request of Harlow Council.

YH approached Harlow Council for more details on the complaint but they declined to comment.
