TRAFFIC continues to be heavy in Harlow as part of Edinburgh Way is shut off due to a gas leak at a petrol station.

1645 hrs

A section of Edinburgh Way has been shut off due to a gas leak.

The road between Howard Way and Edinburgh Place has been closed.

It appears that there has been some form of gas leak at or near to the Esso Garage.

Traffic is heavy but coping as they attempt to find alternative routes around the town.
