Harlow mum fined over a thousand pounds for not ensuring her child went to primary school

A HARLOW mum received a fine of over £1,000 for not ensuring that her child attended school.
The woman, who cannot be identified for legal reasons was found guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court on January 17th for not ensuring her child went to primary school between January 1st and April 13th, 2018.
She was fined, £440.00. She has also been ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £45.00 and costs of £770.00 to make a total of £1,195.00
