Harlow man in court over allegation he breached restraining order over 1800 times

A HARLOW man is set to stand trial over contacting another person nearly two thousand times in contravention of a restraining order.
David Robinson, aged 40, of Northbrooks, Harlow is charged with the following.
Between 02/07/2018 and 26/12/2018 at Essex, without reasonable excuse, you called another 1838 times which you were prohibited from doing by a Restraining Order imposed by Essex Magistrates’ Courts on 27th June 2018 Contrary to section 5(5) and (6) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
Robinson has been remanded on bail until October 8th, 2019 at
His next appearance is set for Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
He pleads not guilty.
