HARLOW Council has turned a corner of the Civic Centre pink and blue for Baby Loss Awareness Week 2019.
Baby Loss Awareness Week runs from 9 to 15 October 2019 and is for bereaved parents, and their families and friends, to unite with others across the world to commemorate their babies’ lives.
It also aims to:
– To raise awareness about pregnancy and baby loss in the UK.
– To drive improvements in the bereavement care and support available for those affected.
Please don’t suffer in silence, there are a number of organisations that can help you. Local support is provided by Petals, a baby loss counselling charity, who provide a service at the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
