A STEWARDS Academy teacher is taking on the challenge of the London Marathon for charity.
Simon Locke is now putting in the hard miles between now and late April in order to complete the 26 miles and 385 yards and raise funds.
Simon said: “I am raising money for Livability because they do fantastic work by helping people with disabilities connect with their communities.
“They tackle social isolation and the barriers that can cause this in the lives of disabled and vulnerable people.”
Details of how you can donate are on the poster.
We will be following Simon and a host of other runners between now and the big day.
