Ghanian “illegal overstayer” charged with sex offences in Harlow

A MAN living in Harlow but who has been identified as an “illegal overstayer” has been charged with a number of sex offences.
Felix Antwi, aged 33, of Bushey Croft, Harlow was charged with the following.
On 23/11/2019 at Harlow intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting
On 28/11/2019 at Harlow intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting
Antwi, who is Ghanian has been remanded in custody pending this next appearance. He was refused bail as he is an illegal overstayer and not for release as held on immigration matter.

Im not sure if Dave Whitney's comments are just a wind up. If this illegal overstayer was not in the country then he could not have committed these alleged offences. Pretty simple really!
