A TEENAGER has been charged with a number of offences in relation to the supply of nitrous oxide.

George Dingle, aged 18, of Hansells Mead, Roydon has been charged with the following.

On 05/01/2019 at Harlow were in possession of a psychoactive substance, namely nitrous oxide , which you knew or suspected to be a psychoactive substance and which you intended to supply to another person for its consumption for its psychoactive effects

Between 05/11/2018 and 06/01/2019 at Harlow offered to supply a psychoactive substance, namely Nitrous Oxide, to another, knowing or being reckless as to whether that or some other person, would, if you supplied the substance in accordance with the offer, be likely to consume it for its psychoactive effects

The case has been adjourned until September 2nd, at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
