A MAN has been charged with murder following the death of 38-year-old Philip Burr in Harlow last October. 

Philip died after he was struck by a car on Potter Street in Harlow at around midnight on Friday 18 October 2019.

Mark Brinkley, 25, of Elizabeth Way in Harlow, will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today, Saturday 29 August.
