Update: November 2020: This case has been dismissed

A HARLOW man has pleaded not guilty to careless driving at the scene of a road traffic collision.

Max Coyle, aged 23, Wharley Hook, Harlow pleaded not guilty to the following.

On 28/02/2019 the defendant drove a BMW 116 on A1169 without due care and attention in that the defendant did not pay attention to directions given by officers managing an RTC and drove the wrong way around the RTC putting himself and others at risk. .

The case has been adjourned until November 20th at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
