Report of car upside down at Hamburger roundabout.
Location is at Southern Way meets A414 near Harlow Hotel.
The vehicle is blocking the northbound lane of A414 (heading to Church Langley)
Traffic being diverted into Potter Street where it is also being reported that traffic lights are stuck on red.

The roundabout can be confusing to visitors to the town, many people coming from the direction of bush fair turn immediately right onto the A414 towards the M11 rather than negotiate the roundabout the correct way, not the first and certainly won't be the last.

I’m not surprised, I have seen many drivers jump the lights from the 414. I really think the police or highways maintenance should put cameras above the lights & then prosecute light jumpers.
