ST MARK’S West Essex Catholic School welcome you to their first virtual open day.

The following is a message from headteacher, Elaine Heaphy

AT St Mark’s our first and most important principle for reopening is safety. We believe that we are unable to accommodate visitors onto our site at present. However, we have planned a few events for you and your child to participate in so that you can get a flavour of what is it like at St Mark’s.

Firstly, we invite you to watch our ‘Open Day’ video, which can be viewed on our website, in the section for admissions. The video will give you information about how to apply.

Secondly, we invite you to take part in one of our ‘Virtual Meetings’ over the next few weeks, where parents can email in questions which we will answer during the meeting.

In addition, we invite you to read the documentation provided to help you make the most important decision that you need to make regarding your child’s next stage in their education.

These documents include our Prospectus, Supplementary Booklet, School Information Form (SIF) and the most important is the ‘First Impressions’ leaflet, in which our current Year 7 pupils share their experiences so far. These can be found on our website in the section for admissions, or you can request a hard copy to be posted to you. To request the hard copy of the documentation, please contact Ms Kilvington.
