TWO more Harlow pubs have been closed due to Covid-19.

The two pubs in question are the Heart and Club on Long Ley and The Essex Skipper in The Stow.

The following message has been placed on the New Essex Skipper Facebook page.

“It is with regret that we have had to temporarily close the Heart and Club and The Essex Skipper.

Unfortunately a member of my household has shown symptoms and has been tested for Covid 19.

We are obviously hopeful that the results comeback negative but in the meantime Government regulations are clear that my family must isolate.

“Since we have re opened after lockdown we have taken every step to ensure staff and customers saftey and will continue to do so.

“I would hope to get the results in a couple of days and fingers crossed by open Thursday.

“Thank you for your support and see you soon.
