This is poor reporting! Pitney Bowes and Glaxo have long since left Harlow!! Along with many others..but we have lots of office blocks squeezed full of homeless people sent from London! Shame Harlow couldn't provide decent homes for those poor people! . Get your facts right please for goodess sake.
