Old Harlow: Police appeal for witnesses after woman in her 80s mugged

ESSEX Police are appealing for information after a woman in her 80s had her bag stolen in Harlow and was left with a dislocated shoulder.

A man grabbed the bag from the woman’s shoulder as she walked in Park Hill near the underpass at around 1.45pm on 22 February.

It caused her to fall to floor leaving her with a dislocated shoulder.

The man is described as white, in his late 30s or early 40s, with dark and a beard.

He was wearing dark blue jeans, with dark shoes, and a long black coat with his hood up.
