ESSEX Police are looking into a fraud that has happened at Barclays Bank within The Water Gardens.

Sergeant Matthew Hughes of Harlow Town Centre Team said:
“Water Gardens Security became aware of a series of incidents involving fraudulent use of ATM’s in the Water Gardens.

After alerting the police, enquiries have been conducted leading to the arrest of two people who have now been bailed for further investigation.

Enquiries with further victims are being completed.
