Woman cleared of all charges following incident in Potter Street

A WOMAN has been cleared of all charges following an incident in Potter Street in August.
Jessica Bastone, aged 32, of Terminus House, was found not guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court of possession of an offensive weapon.
Charges of being in possession of a screwdriver in a public place, assault causing actual bodily harm and threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a public place were all dismissed.
The charges refer to an incident on Sunday August 21st, 2022.
