Police investigate car being set on fire in Milwards

ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses following a fire in Harlow which is believed to have been started deliberately.

Officers were called to Milwards in Harlow on 1 September at around 9:30pm following reports of a car on fire. The registration plate of the car had also been torn off and burnt.

An investigation with Essex Fire and Rescue service has indicated that the fire was started deliberately.

A police spokesperson said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have any further information to contact us and assist.
