"Rev. Taylor from the Potter Street Baptist Chapel will be conducting a service at the memorial (opp Foster Street)" opp Foster Street?? If they are talking about the Latton and Potter Str. memorial that is opp. Harlow Common Road, not Foster Street. Or as per the Imperial War Museum's website "ROADSIDE NEAR JUNCTION WITH ELM AVENUE, 2 London Road, Potter Street, Harlow, Essex, CM17 9NQ, England. Or according to HC "The west side of London Road, near its junction with Harlow Common Road and Elm Avenue, CM17 9NG. Or if there is a memorial near Foster Street can you provide further details, thank you.
