How about Taylor Wimpey go back to Gilden Park in Harlow and finish building the school, shops, sports centre and other facilities that they promised to build when they and the other builders in the consortium promised before they were grantee planning permission for the overall development. Instead they got the money for building the houses & flats, then put the land assigned for those facilities up for sale, before swanning off to Sawbridgeworth and other new sites.
