Police looking for Harlow man after non-appearance at court

HERTFORDSHIRE Constabulary is looking for a man following a non-appearance at court.
They are looking for Karl Morris, 36, who did not attend Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on March 13th for driving off without paying for diesel.
Morris’ last known address was in Harlow, and he is believe to still be in the area.
Crime reference: 41/10374/24

The guy will probably get away with this too he run people over in a car park in rage and got away with it stole a lawnmower from a female gardener and ruined her business for weeks due to cost etc and he got away with that too he is just a low life thief
