Is there a serial arsonist in play here? There seem to be a lot of fires in disused buildings of late.

Hope they are caught last time we had a bunch of arsonists in town pavilions were damaged and completed burnt down, the Farm buildings by the Clocktower Roundabout set ablaze endangering the animals and worst of all two people died in a local flat. These latest incidents need to be taken very seriously and the culprits caught.
