Football: Harlow Town end league season on a high
Football / Tue 23rd Apr 2024 at 07:01am
Thurlow Nunn Division South
Clapton Community 0 v 1 Harlow Town
HARLOW Town finished their league season with an away win against Clapton Community on Saturday afternoon.
A single goal by Ruben Santos (50) separated the teams.

It was Clapton who were celebrating at the final whistle as they qualified for the play-offs.
Harlow Town finished fourth but are not eligible for promotion due to dropping out of the league system last season.
However they had a great run towards the end of the season and the other contenders must be relieved the Hawks aren’t in the mix.
We get the feeling that Harlow Town will be raring to go for next season. It could prove to be a fascinating year next year.
Harlow Town are in their league cup final on May 6th so to say they "finished their season" is a blatant inaccuracy!
