Potter Street man banned after pleading guilty to drink driving

A HARLOW man has been banned after pleading guilty to drinking and driving.
Scott Jarrett, aged 49, of Perry Spring, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On April 2nd, 2024 at Harlow drove a BMW motor vehicle on Red Lion Lane after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.
Jarrett was disqualified from driving for seventeen months. He was also fined £1100.00
