Police identify man over alleged assault on Fourth Avenue

ESSEX Police is no longer looking to identify a man we wanted to speak to in connection with an assault in Harlow.
It was reported a woman was assaulted as she walked along a cycle path in Fourth Avenue at 7am on Monday 29 April.
He has now been identified.
