ACL Essex / Tue 28th May 2024 at 09:21am

ACL Essex is supporting the people of Harlow to improve their career prospects with a series of courses. Learners can sign up to a range of pathways, such as Health and Social Care, Education, IT and Management to help them secure their ideal job.

Some of the free courses are aimed at training people to fulfil posts where there are skill shortages, such as in Early Years, and Health and Social Care. Whilst other courses are focused at supporting people to progress in their careers to senior management.

Lisa Jarentowski, Principal, ACL Essex, is encouraging people to sign up. She said: “We offer so many opportunities to boost learners’ skills at ACL Essex. If you live in Essex and want to get on the employment ladder or progress in your career, there’s a course for you.”

To help people access the right course, ACL Essex has compiled a mini guide.

  1. Unlock your success with a Level 3 qualification.

Start a career as an accountant, counsellor, or manager. Work in Health and Social Care, Early Years or Education and get techy with IT and Digital. ACL Essex is offering Level 3 (A-Level equivalent) qualifications for people looking to step into these sectors. If learners do not have a Level 3 qualification, the course could be free.
