Harlow driver pleads guilty to failing to provide specimen

A HARLOW resident has pled guilty to a number of road traffic offences.

Maurice Soetsane, aged 30, of John Dowdall Close, Harlow pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On May 17th, 2024, at Harlow, when suspected of having  driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, failed without reasonable excuse to do so.

On same date, at Harlow drove a motor vehicle on Westfield, Harlow, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.

On same date, at Harlow used a motor vehicle, on Westfield Road, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.

Soetsane was remanded on unconditional bail. His next hearing is August 1st, 2024 at Chelmsford magistrates court.
