Harlow man pleads guilty to arson attack

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to arson.
Stephen O’Mahony, aged 63, of The Chantry, Harlow at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.
On December 16th 2023 at Harlow committed arson in that without lawful excuse you damaged by fire, clothing to the value of £500.00 belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.
O’Mahony was issued with a community order. Six months rehabilitation activity. £290 fine and a restraining order.
