Sumners: Two Harlow teenagers in court accused of stabbing and possession of machete and knife

TWO teenagers from Harlow have appeared in court charged with stabbing another male and being in possession of a machete.

Charlie Adcock, aged 19, of Spinning Wheel Mead, Harlow appeared at Chelmsford magistrates court and was charged with the following.
On April 26th, 2024, in the Sumners, Harlow, unlawfully and maliciously wounded a male with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
On April 26th, 2024, in the Sumners, Harlow, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, an offensive weapon, namely a machete style knife.
Tommy Ellis, aged 19, of Taylifers, Harlow appeared at Chelmsford magistrates court and was charged with the following.
On April 26th, 2024, in the Sumners, Harlow, unlawfully and maliciously wounded a male with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
On April 26th, 2024, in the Sumners, Harlow, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, an offensive weapon, namely an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a knife.
Both are set to next appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on February 21st, 2025.
They are then expected to enter a plea.
