Just to update you this relates to a flat and not a house and is nowhere near the photo you have put on your site although in the area
Every area in harlow have a family of low life's who offer nothing and take everything.
Well said Peter.
Feels like a very soft approach by the council. The woman named in the article is the tenant of the flat and for some time has been a sex worker. Neighbours have complained to both the council and police about men coming and going at all hours. This measure is to prevent anyone else from coming to the address but I personally feel the tenancy should have been ended!!!
How embarrassing can you be hahahaha
