A MAN has been arrested after officers discovered a cannabis factory at a former police station in London Road, Harlow.
The police received information on Tuesday May 13th from the public about cannabis being grown at the former police station and attended the address at around 6.20pm
Inside the found a large cannabis grow and, a short time later a 22 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cannabis cultivation and assault on an emergency worker.

He is currently in custody and their enquiries are ongoing.
YH went down to the former police station on Wednesday evening. It appears that police staff in forensic white suits continue to be at the scene.
Police units are also guarding the front and back of the premises.

The property was put up for sale last year after being a police station for many years.
It is presently under offer
We also understand that a local pre-school next door sent out a message to parents asking parents if they wanted to take their children home early “to avoid them being exposed to the smell”.
In the old police station, you couldn't write it!!
Entrepreneurial spirt we should legalise it
I believe that site was used by Traffic Division. It had a repair garage on site. What a waste of public property.
