Harlow man pleads guilty to public order and criminal damage

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour towards two women.
Harry Martin, aged 27, of Ram Gorse, Harlow pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On May 22nd, 2025 in Harlow, you used towards two persons, threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked.
On May 22nd, 2025 in Harlow, without lawful excuse, destroyed the kitchen window, bedroom door and letterbox to the value of of £400 belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.
Martin was sentenced as follows:
Community Order for 40 days.
