Communities / Fri 15th Aug 2025 at 08:48am

LOOKING for something to do with the family this Saturday?

Don’t forget the Harlow Museum & Walled Gardens Community Fete on Saturday 16 August from 12noon to 4pm.

Spend the day in the beautiful Walled Gardens exploring 30+ community stalls, enjoying live music, food and even meeting an owl from Pets’ Corner

It’s free to come along – just bring a bit of cash for tombolas, book sales, etc.

There will be overflow parking at St Mary at Latton Church, but we recommend you walk or take public transport if you can.

Music

2.30 Busketeers Choir
1.30 Air Cadets
2.00 Ry Torkildsen
2.30 Rock School
3.15 Harlow Steel Band

With DJ Graeme McIsaac playing tracks associated with Harlow throughout the day, in between our other musical performances.

Along with live music, there will be over 30 community groups with stalls showcasing what they do in Harlow, as well as activities for children like ‘Fun Filled Games’ and face painting. There will also be an owl from Pets’ Corner and refreshments available.
