PLANT Pots and Wellies opened their exhibition ‘Once Upon a Craft’s at the Gibberd Gallery.

Featuring 30 fairy houses and a collaboration of work from their crafting group, based on fantasy and children’s books.

On the opening night, there were some colourful characters that were interacting with the guests, including a pirate, a goblin, a fairy, Mr Tumnus, the Cheshire Cat and the white rabbit.

It’s well worth going to see the exhibition that will be on display for the rest of the month. When you go, pick up the leaflet at the entrance and a ‘magical’ token so you can vote on your favourite creation!

Rowen Saunders from Plant Pots and Wellies said: ‘This exhibition is not only magical, it shows the bringing together of all the different activities held at Plant Pots and Wellies, from the craft group to the Dnd group, the horticultural groups, the writing group and the acting group.

“An amazing collaboration showing what an outstanding and ‘magical’ community we have. Our thanks to everyone involved ‘

To see the exhibition, it is on display at the Harlow Civic Centre, Gibberd Gallery.

Opening Times
11am-4pm Monday-Saturday
