Busy Harlow road closed after lorry bursts into flames

A BUSY major road in Harlow was closed on Monday night after fire after a lorry burst into flames.
The incident happened at just after 6pm on Elizabeth Way.
The lorry had just turned into Elizabeth Way from Zelenskky Avenue when the driver noticed smoke coming from his front cab.
He parked to the side and called the fire service, who attended immediately.
The road was shut for a short while.
There were no casualties.

we were diverted by the driver as the cab of his lorry was engulfed in flames. This was near to 6.30pm and there was no sign of the fire brigade or emergency services. Hopefully no-one was injured.
