Newhall woman set to stand trial over GBH charge

A NEWHALL woman has been charged with inflicting grievous body harm (GBH) on another person.
Michelle Silva, aged 41, of Maypole Street, Newhall, Harlow has been charged with the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On November 21st, 2024 at Harlow, unlawfully and maliciously wounded a person.
Silva has been remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on November 5th, 2026 at Colchester magistrates court.

When Nov 26 are you having a laugh by the time they get convicted. they are out again on time served. Labour been in a year now still using that line inherited broken system. sorry its about time they started to sort it out 🙏🤣
