FOLLOWING the success of the Light Up Broad Walk event, which brought thousands of residents together last weekend, Harlow Council is delighted to announce that the town’s Christmas Market will open this Saturday, 13th December, at 10am. The market will run daily from 10am to 8pm until 21st December, bringing even more festive magic to the newly renewed Broad Walk.

Throughout the week, the town centre will be transformed into a winter wonderland. Traditional wooden cabins will line Broad Walk, twinkling with lights and offering handcrafted gifts, seasonal treats, and a tempting selection of food and drink.

Visitors can enjoy the scents and flavours of mulled wine, hot chocolate, bratwurst sausages, and much more besides. Creative holiday workshops – including wreath-making, bauble decorating, and gingerbread decorating – will run regularly, while weekends will feature immersive cabins, wandering characters, and live entertainment.

Harlow’s Christmas Market offers a wonderful opportunity for residents and visitors to come together, celebrate the season, and create cherished festive memories in the heart of the town.
