Harlow woman disqualified after refusing breath test on New Years Day

A HARLOW woman has been given a further ban from driving after a number of road traffic offences.

Miranda Guastella, aged 67, of Broomfield, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On January 1st, 2026, at Harlow, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath failed without reasonable excuse to do so.

On January 1st, 2026, at Harlow in the County of Essex, drive a Ford Fiesta on Southern Way, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence.

On January 1st, 2026, at Harlow, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver /  rider of a vehicle when required.

Guastella was banned for twenty months and ordered to undertake 40 hours of unpaid work.
