HARLOW Town Football Club has announced that their popular secretary Donna Harvey has resigned.
A statement on the club’s website states:
“We can confirm that Donna Harvey has resigned as Secretary of Harlow Town Football Club with immediate effect.

One of the most influential and important people in the modern history of Harlow Town Football Club, and often cited by many as the ‘best secretary in non-league’, Donna has been a role model and an outstanding servant to the club in the last ten years.
Someone who has stood by the club through thick and thin, the club will not feel the same without her and we quite simply cannot put into words our appreciation of her dedication to the club for the last 10 years.
Donna is not just any old Club Secretary, she is a huge part of everything we’ve done, a reason why the club has been a place where hundreds of people enjoy coming to every week. And she is certainly not someone who can be replaced.
“We thank Donna for the last 10 years, and wish her all the best for the future”.
